Our special January service, lunch and entertainment this year is coming up on January 29. We are featuring an English theme and will include entertainment by a group of Morris dancers. For lunch, surnames beginning A-L are asked to bring sandwiches; M-Z please bring fruit or dainties. No nuts please! You are also asked to make a small donation in order to provide an honorarium for our entertainers.
At a recent meeting of the Children’s Fund Committee it was decided to award 2 grants of $375.00 each: one to the “Cycle of Giving” program to help purchase lights and locks as they provide free bikes and bike programming for children across the city; and one for a program at Miguel Cértiga Tascón aboriginal reservation in Colombia that provides basic needs for 26 families that include 30 children who attend the program’s activities.

The Fellowship Committee is once again looking for members of the congregation to help with cleanup of the coffee after the Sunday services.
