For the times when we imagine

that we can live without you, our God, forgive us.

When we believe that our own resources are enough to meet any challenge,

when we think that our own strength is sufficient

to overcome any difficulty,

when we make decisions without reference

to the principles and values revealed to us in Jesus,

call us back to a sense of companionship with you.

In Jesus’ name we ask it.  Amen.

The Junior Choir is looking for a used piano (or keyboard) for their weekly Sunday morning rehearsals.   If you, or someone you know, have one that you would be willing to lend, donate, or sell cheaply please contact Stuart Sladden.

Also!!! Westworth is looking for a volunteer accompanist for both the Cherub and Junior Choirs.  Both of these choirs rehearse on Sunday mornings and the accompanist would alternate between them, and play for their Sunday worship offerings. If this is something you are interested in, or would like more information, please contact Stuart Sladden.  We are hoping to fill this post as soon as possible.

The Fellowship Committee is once again looking for members of the congregation to help with cleanup of the coffee after the Sunday services. The sign up sheet is in the Narthex and we ask people to give of their time for one week or more if they can. We really depend on your assistance. Thank you in advance.
